Prestige Mobility Group

Rental Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

These Rental Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern self-drive vehicle rentals provided by Prestige Mobility Group (“PMG,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting a reservation, completing checkout, electronically accepting these Terms, making payment, or taking possession of a PMG vehicle, the person identified as the renter (“Renter”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms, together with the reservation confirmation, applicable cancellation policy, vehicle-specific instructions, checkout documentation, and PMG Self-Drive Vehicle Rental Agreement.

1. Renter Eligibility

Renters must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license that remains valid throughout the rental period.

PMG may require identification, proof of insurance, payment authorization, or other documentation necessary to verify eligibility.

PMG reserves the right to refuse or terminate a rental when required information cannot be verified or when continued operation of the vehicle presents an unacceptable safety, legal, or financial risk.

2. Authorized Drivers

Only the Renter and additional drivers approved by Prestige Mobility Group in advance may operate the vehicle.

The vehicle may not be loaned, subleased, transferred, or entrusted to an unauthorized driver.

The Renter remains responsible for the vehicle during the rental period to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Security Deposits

Unless otherwise stated during booking:

  • Standard vehicles require a $300 security deposit.

  • Mercedes-Benz vehicles require a $500 security deposit.

Security deposits may be applied toward properly due post-rental charges, including unpaid rental amounts, excess mileage, fuel, cleaning or remediation, late charges, tolls, citations, towing, recovery expenses, missing equipment, or vehicle damage.

The security deposit does not limit the Renter's responsibility for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any refundable balance will be processed after the vehicle has been returned and PMG has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect it and determine whether outstanding charges exist.

4. Rental Period, Returns & Extensions

Vehicles must be returned to the designated location by the date and time specified in the reservation.

PMG provides a 30-minute grace period after the scheduled return time.

After the grace period, a late-return charge of $50 per hour or portion thereof may apply, in addition to other applicable rental charges.

Rental extensions require prior PMG approval and are subject to vehicle availability.

Keeping a vehicle beyond the authorized rental period without approval may result in additional charges and lawful vehicle-recovery action.

5. Mileage

Unless a reservation specifically states otherwise, rentals include:

200 miles per rental day.

Mileage exceeding the included allowance is charged at:

1% of the vehicle's applicable daily rental rate per additional mile.

For example, if the applicable daily rental rate is $300, the excess-mileage rate is $3.00 per additional mile.

6. Fuel Requirements

Renters are responsible for using the correct fuel.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

DIESEL FUEL ONLY.

Gasoline must never be placed in a diesel Sprinter.

Other Mercedes-Benz Vehicles

Mercedes-Benz gasoline vehicles, including the S550, require 93-octane premium unleaded gasoline, unless PMG provides different written instructions for the specific vehicle.

Fuel Receipts

Fuel receipts must be retained for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Mercedes-Benz S550 and provided or left with the vehicle as instructed by PMG.

These receipts provide documentation that the appropriate fuel was purchased.

Incorrect fueling can cause severe mechanical damage. To the extent permitted by law, the Renter may be responsible for towing, fuel-system draining, diagnostics, repairs, loss of use, and other damages resulting from incorrect fueling attributable to the Renter or a driver during the rental.

7. Refueling Charges

Vehicles must be returned at the required fuel level documented at checkout.

When PMG must refuel a returned vehicle, the Renter may be charged:

The applicable market cost of the required fuel + a $10 refueling service fee.

Incorrect-fuel damage is separate from the standard refueling charge.

8. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all PMG vehicles.

This prohibition includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, and other smoked or vaporized substances.

Evidence of smoking or vaping may result in a $150 cleaning/remediation charge, subject to applicable law, plus additional documented repair or specialized remediation costs where permitted.

9. Pets & Animals

Pets are not permitted in PMG rental vehicles.

An unauthorized pet may result in a minimum $300 cleaning/remediation charge, plus additional documented costs associated with odor removal, stains, allergens, upholstery damage, excessive cleaning, or other animal-related damage.

Nothing in this policy limits rights involving qualified service animals when accommodation is required by applicable law.

10. Vehicle Cleanliness

Vehicles must be returned in reasonably similar interior condition to the condition at checkout, allowing for ordinary use.

Conditions requiring extraordinary cleaning may result in a $200 excessive-cleaning charge.

Examples include excessive trash, spills, stains, food residue, bodily fluids, excessive dirt or mud, or comparable conditions beyond ordinary use.

Damage or specialized remediation may be charged separately where permitted.

11. Geographic Restrictions

PMG rental vehicles are authorized for operation within the United States only.

Vehicles may not be driven into Mexico or Canada or otherwise removed from the United States without prior written authorization from PMG.

12. Prohibited Vehicle Use

PMG vehicles may not be:

  • Operated by an unauthorized or unlicensed driver.

  • Operated while the driver is impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or another substance that makes driving unsafe.

  • Used for racing, speed contests, driver training, testing, or reckless driving.

  • Used for illegal activities.

  • Driven off-road or on terrain unsuitable for the vehicle.

  • Used to tow or push another vehicle or trailer without PMG authorization.

  • Used to transport more passengers than the vehicle's legal seating capacity.

  • Used to transport illegal or hazardous materials.

  • Taken outside the authorized geographic area.

  • Subleased or rented to another person or business without PMG's written authorization.

  • Intentionally operated in a manner reasonably likely to damage the vehicle.

13. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

Renters should inspect the vehicle at pickup and document its condition using photographs and the applicable reservation/checkout process.

Any material pre-existing damage, warning light, mechanical concern, or discrepancy should be reported to PMG promptly.

A vehicle should not continue to be operated when doing so could reasonably create an unsafe condition or cause additional mechanical damage.

14. Accidents, Theft & Vehicle Damage

In the event of an accident, theft, vandalism, or significant vehicle damage, the Renter must:

  1. Stop safely and contact emergency services when appropriate.

  2. Notify Prestige Mobility Group as soon as reasonably possible.

  3. Obtain a police report when required by law or reasonably requested by PMG.

  4. Exchange relevant information with involved drivers.

  5. Obtain witness information when available.

  6. Photograph the vehicles, damage, accident scene, and relevant surroundings when safe.

  7. Avoid admitting liability or promising payment on behalf of PMG.

  8. Cooperate with PMG and applicable insurers or claims administrators.

Repairs may not be authorized on PMG's behalf without PMG approval except when immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety and authorization cannot reasonably be obtained.

15. Damage & Loss Responsibility

The Renter is responsible for loss of or damage to the vehicle during the rental period to the extent provided by applicable law and the applicable rental agreement.

Depending upon the circumstances and applicable law, recoverable amounts may include:

  • Physical repair costs.

  • Towing and storage.

  • Vehicle recovery expenses.

  • Missing equipment or accessories.

  • Reasonable claim-related administrative expenses.

  • Loss of use where legally recoverable.

  • Diminished value where legally recoverable.

Nothing in these Terms requires payment of an amount prohibited by applicable law.

16. Insurance

Renters are responsible for maintaining automobile insurance required by law and the applicable reservation.

A Renter who intends to use personal automobile insurance is responsible for confirming that the policy provides appropriate coverage for the rented vehicle.

Providing insurance information to PMG does not guarantee that an insurance company will cover a particular vehicle, incident, or claim.

Renters agree to reasonably cooperate with PMG, insurers, claims administrators, and other authorized parties during investigation and resolution of a loss.

17. Mechanical Problems & Breakdowns

The Renter must promptly contact PMG regarding a significant warning light, breakdown, overheating condition, tire issue, or other mechanical problem.

Major repairs, towing, or parts replacement should not be authorized without PMG approval unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.

The Renter may be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect fueling, negligence, prohibited use, or knowingly continuing to operate the vehicle after a serious warning.

18. Keys, Equipment & Accessories

Keys, key fobs, documents, accessories, and equipment provided with the vehicle must be returned.

Loss or damage attributable to the Renter may result in reasonable replacement, programming, towing, or related charges.

19. Tolls, Parking & Citations

The Renter is responsible for tolls, parking charges, traffic citations, camera violations, impound charges, and similar assessments attributable to the vehicle during the rental period.

Charges received by PMG after the rental may be billed to the Renter, together with any separately disclosed administrative charge permitted by law.

20. Vehicle Recovery

If a vehicle is not returned as agreed, is abandoned, is taken outside the authorized territory, or PMG otherwise has a lawful right to recover possession, PMG may take reasonable and lawful steps to recover the vehicle.

Where permitted by law, the Renter may be responsible for reasonable towing, recovery, storage, repossession, or related expenses resulting from the Renter's breach.

21. Personal Property

Renters are responsible for removing personal belongings before returning the vehicle.

PMG is not responsible for personal property left inside a returned vehicle except where responsibility cannot legally be disclaimed.

22. Payment Authorization

By completing a reservation, the Renter authorizes PMG and its applicable payment/reservation processor to charge the payment method associated with the reservation for amounts properly due under the reservation and these Terms.

Applicable post-rental charges may include rental balances, excess mileage, fuel, late returns, cleaning/remediation, tolls, citations, missing equipment, damage, towing, recovery, or other authorized amounts.

PMG may use reservation records, photographs, receipts, invoices, inspection records, or other reasonable documentation to support post-rental charges when applicable.

23. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the cancellation policy selected and disclosed for the reservation at the time of booking.

Any non-refundable booking, processing, service, delivery, protection, or other separately identified fees remain non-refundable where permitted by law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

No refunds or credits will be issued for early returns, unused rental time, unused mileage, or a Renter's voluntary decision to end the rental early.

Reservation changes, including date or vehicle changes, are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

Failure to pick up a vehicle without prior cancellation may be treated as a no-show and may result in forfeiture of amounts paid, subject to the applicable reservation policy and law.

24. Rules of the Road

Renters must comply with all applicable traffic laws and PMG vehicle-use requirements.

No smoking or vaping. No unauthorized pets. Only PMG-approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

Vehicles may only be operated within the authorized geographic area and may not be used for racing, unauthorized towing, off-road operation, reckless driving, or illegal activity.

Vehicle-specific fuel requirements must be followed at all times.

25. No Waiver

PMG's decision not to immediately enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.

26. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the applicable laws governing the rental transaction.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the reservation confirmation, PMG Self-Drive Vehicle Rental Agreement, checkout documentation, rate information, accepted reservation policies, vehicle-specific instructions, and written amendments or addenda constitute the terms governing the rental.

No verbal modification is binding unless confirmed by Prestige Mobility Group in writing.

Customer Acknowledgment

By checking the box indicating acceptance of the Terms of Service during checkout, submitting payment, completing the reservation, or taking possession of a PMG vehicle, the Renter acknowledges having had an opportunity to review and agrees to these Terms.
