At EVERYTHINGZ™, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take pride in offering high-quality lifestyle, wellness, and tech products — and we want every purchase to make you feel confident and cared for.

🔁 Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE.

To qualify for a return:

   •   The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories or manuals included.

   •   For wearable technology (e.g., smart rings, fitness trackers, or health devices), products must be in resalable condition for hygiene and data-safety reasons.

   •   Proof of purchase (order #, confirmation email, or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain goods, we cannot accept returns on:

   •   Opened or worn personal-use items (such as wellness or hygiene products)

   •   Gift cards or downloadable products

   •   Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked “Non-Returnable”

📦 How to Start a Return

    1.    Email support@shopeverythingz.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

    2.    Include your order number, the item name, and reason for return.

    3.    We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

    4.    Ship the item using a trackable carrier; once received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval and issue your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.

💳 Refunds

   •   Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout or customer credit.

   •   Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our end.

   •   If you received free shipping, outbound shipping costs may be deducted from your refund total.

🔄 Exchanges

We gladly replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To begin an exchange, email support@shopeverythingz.com with the subject line “Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number].”

🚚 Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.

We recommend:

   •   Using a trackable shipping service

   •   Keeping your receipt or tracking number until your refund is processed
